Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at North Luna Digital. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital and downloadable, different refund rules may apply compared with physical goods.

  1. Digital Products

North Luna Digital sells downloadable digital products such as printable coloring books, activity books, worksheets, templates and other digital resources.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

  1. Digital Downloads and Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, product images, file format and other product information before completing your purchase.

  1. Customers in the European Union

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once the download or access begins, provided that the customer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so means losing the right of withdrawal.

Where applicable, North Luna Digital will request this consent before providing immediate access to downloadable content.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

  1. When We May Offer a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased files.
  • The digital product is materially different from its description.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents you from using the purchased product.

Whenever possible, we will first try to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file, replacement download or technical assistance.

If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued where appropriate or required by law.

  1. Change of Mind

Except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we generally cannot provide refunds solely because:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and downloaded it.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • You do not have the required software, printer or equipment described on the product page.

Please review all product details before purchasing.

  1. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with your order details.

After verification, we may refund the duplicate transaction.

  1. Download Problems

If you experience difficulty downloading your files, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased files again.

  1. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

  1. No Physical Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned.

If North Luna Digital later offers physical products, separate return conditions may apply to those products.

  1. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
